Job Title: Youth in Business Program Manager-(FULL-TIME)
Location: West Baltimore, MD
Schedule: Flexible schedule with mandatory availability during afterschool programming (Monday-Thursday, 4:30pm-7:30pm). Expected to work some weekends.
Compensation: $37,000-$40,000 + health insurance and optional retirement plan

Position Overview:
The Program Manager plays a crucial role in the Youth in Business team, empowering youth to run their own business while aligning with the values and mission of Jubilee Arts. This role requires a blend of entrepreneurial expertise, youth leadership experience, and a deep appreciation for the arts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Youth Leadership board and support youth leaders in planning and coordinating activities.
  • Supervise a diverse team including Program Coordinator, Program Assistant, Teaching Artists, Marketing Specialist, and volunteers.
  • Drive program and business development, including strategic visioning, art direction, and marketing.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as budget management, payroll processing, and inventory tracking.
  • Lead marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and creating impact reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of experience in high school youth development or education.
  • At least three years in a supervisory role, with experience managing staff.
  • Minimum one year of experience in visual arts or working in a creative/arts-based organization.
  • Proficient in MS Office (or similar software).
  • Current driver’s license and willingness to drive a 15-passenger van when needed.
  • Experience in creating reports (annual, financial, funding, or grant reports).

Preferred Skills:

  • Passion for art and community engagement.
  • Teaching experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with West Baltimore.

We are looking for a passionate Program Manager who can lead our youth in business development, provide personal and professional growth opportunities, and support their transition into successful post-high school endeavors.
